Congratulations to local fashion designer Tom Oliver who created the winning design top be worn by Miss Ireland at this years Miss World Competition.

Tom, based in Mallow, Co Cork is already creating a buzz in the fashion world for his beautiful and imaginative designs. He is perparing to unveil his first full collection in October.
